Wilderness Valley favors sustainable farming practices over conventional ones, and aims to preserve and enhance the beautiful New Zealand environment. Each year, they plant on average 12,000 to 15,000 new Manuka trees on their farm. These trees produce nectar for our amazing UMF Manuka Honey but also provides protection against soil erosion and and shelter for wildlife. The result is sustainable, pure and true New Zealand Manuka Honey.
Wilderness Valley is a member of the Unique Manuka Factor Honey Association (UMFHA) which means each batch of Manuka Honey produced is independently tested and certified as being authentic, true-to-label Manuka Honey.

Southern Alps Honey is based in the foothills of the stunning Southern Alps in Staveley, Canterbury. Owners, Ben and Leah created Mees Bees Limited along with their honey brand, Southern Alps Honey in 2014.
